Alert Regarding Fraudulent Messages and Calls About Prizes from Stargorithm

Stargorithm does not send or request any communication via email, WhatsApp, or phone calls asking customers to pay money in order to claim prize rewards. The company does not operate any such prize schemes.

If you receive any message claiming to be from Stargorithm asking for money in exchange for a prize, please do not respond. Stargorithm never requests payments to any bank account or in the name of any individual. Customers are strongly advised not to engage with such messages or calls and not to share confidential details such as bank account or credit card information.

 Stargorithm will not be responsible for any losses resulting from such fraudulent activities. Please remain vigilant.


Free Item Policy

Free items offered along with products may change based on stock availability. We reserve the right to modify or substitute these items without prior notice.

If you choose a free item offer, you cannot apply any additional discount codes. Only one promotion may be used per order, and multiple offers cannot be combined.


REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

  • Products categorized under crystals and crystal jewelry are not eligible for return.
  • Please note that returns or exchanges will not be accepted if you dislike the product, notice minor defects, have packaging concerns, observe slight color variations, or experience small size differences. We recommend carefully reviewing product images, descriptions, benefits, ingredients, and size charts before purchasing, as such concerns will not qualify for returns or exchanges.
  • Stargorithm is not responsible for any damage occurring after delivery. For claims related to missing items, damage, or incorrect deliveries, an unboxing video with the original sealed packaging is required. Customers must record a video starting from the sealed package, clearly showing the unboxing process and all contents. Any discrepancies should be highlighted and shared with our customer support team at help@stargorithm.com for proper resolution. Claims without a valid unboxing video cannot be processed.
  • Refunds or replacements, subject to company approval, will only be provided for items that are out of stock, damaged, missing, or incorrectly delivered.
  • Refund amounts will exclude delivery charges, as these are non-refundable by delivery partners.
  • Refunds will not include any discounts applied at the time of purchase.
  • For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be transferred to the bank account provided by the customer.
  • Refund claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery along with the required supporting details.
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 days of cancellation approval.
  • Stargorithm does not request any additional charges for prepaid orders at the time of delivery. If a delivery person demands extra payment, customers must report the issue directly to the shipping company. Stargorithm will not be liable for such payments.
  • Refund claims will not be entertained for counterfeit or fraudulent products purchased from unauthorized sellers. Customers are advised to be cautious of imitation products sold with similar packaging or labels.
  • While crystals are widely regarded as possessing certain metaphysical attributes, Stargorithm makes no representations or warranties concerning any specific results or outcomes that may be experienced by an individual. The effects of crystals may vary based on multiple factors unique to each person; accordingly, no guarantees of particular results are provided. All purchases made from Stargorithm are undertaken at the sole discretion of the buyer.
