Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Dispatch

Once you place an order with Stargorithm, you will receive an email and SMS confirming that we have received your order. A separate notification will be sent once your order has been dispatched, which serves as confirmation of order acceptance.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases, an order confirmation email will first be issued. The order will be processed and confirmed only after you verify it via email or mobile communication.

Processing and dispatch timelines may differ depending on the product(s) ordered.

Prior to shipment, all items undergo a detailed quality check and are securely packed before being handed over to our trusted logistics partners.

Our courier partners make every reasonable effort to deliver your order at the earliest possible time. If they are unable to access the delivery address or schedule delivery conveniently, they will contact you directly to coordinate a suitable solution.

Orders are typically shipped within two (2) business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
